Affiliate program terms

1. What the program is

The AUTONOMA affiliate program (the "Program") lets approved people and companies (the "Affiliates") recommend AUTONOMA with their own link and earn a commission on the paying customers they bring in. The Program is run by [Owner name and tax ID] ("AUTONOMA"). By applying you accept these terms and AUTONOMA's general terms of use.

2. Who can join and how approval works

Any person or company with the capacity to contract can apply. Applications are sent by email to hello@web.byautonoma.com explaining who you are and how you plan to share AUTONOMA. We review every application by hand and may approve or reject it without giving a reason. Approval arrives by email together with your affiliate link. There is no fee, no minimum audience and no exclusivity.

3. Commissions

You earn 20% of every fee paid by a referred customer during their first 12 months as a paying customer, counted from their first payment. The commission is calculated on the plan price the customer pays: €10.00 a month per Starter customer (€49.99/mo) and €19.80 a month per Agency customer (€99/mo). If we change prices, the commission remains 20% of the new price. After 12 months, that customer stops generating commission even if they keep paying. No commission is generated on returned, unpaid, refunded or charged-back payments; if already paid out, it is deducted from the next ones.

4. Attribution

A customer is attributed to the Affiliate whose link they used to reach AUTONOMA if they become a paying customer within 30 days of that click. After 30 days without payment, the attribution expires. If the same customer arrives through several Affiliates' links, they are attributed to the last valid click within the window. Attribution is stored with an anonymous identifier in the visitor's browser; if they clear it or use another device, we may be unable to attribute them. Customers who already had an AUTONOMA account before the click are not attributed.

5. How you can promote

You may promote AUTONOMA through any channel: videos, articles, newsletters, communities, paid advertising on search engines and social networks, and mass emails or messages. There are only four rules (section 6), and they apply to every channel.

6. The four rules

1. 01Real identity. You say who you are in everything you publish or send. You may not pose as AUTONOMA or as anyone else, nor register domains, accounts or profiles that look like ours.
2. 02No misleading claims. You may only use figures, prices and statements that come from our website. You may not invent income, results, discounts or promises that AUTONOMA does not make.
3. 03No self-referrals. Your link does not count for your own purchases or those of your company, partners or family.
4. 04Your country's law. You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to what you send or publish. In the European Union, mass commercial email and messages require the recipient's prior consent. In the United States, the CAN-SPAM Act requires identifying yourself, including a real postal address and offering an easy opt-out that is honored. In other countries, their equivalent rules.

7. If a rule is broken

Breaking any of the four rules means removal from the Program and loss of unpaid commissions. If your activity causes us a claim or a penalty, we may pass it on to you.

8. Unlock and payout

Each commission stays pending for 45 days from the payment that generates it, to check that the payment remains valid, with no refund or chargeback. After 45 days it unlocks. When your unlocked commissions add up to €50 or more, we pay them by bank transfer during the first ten days of the following month; below €50 they accumulate. We need your tax and bank details before the first payout. Each Affiliate is responsible for declaring their income and for any taxes due; if the law requires us to withhold, we will do so and inform you.

While the affiliate dashboard is in the works, we email you a monthly summary of clicks, signups and commissions with their unlock date.

9. Leaving, suspension and end of the program

You can leave the Program at any time by writing to us; we pay what is unlocked above the minimum and what is pending once it unlocks. We may suspend or remove an Affiliate who breaks these terms or the terms of use; in that case commissions stop accruing and unpaid ones are forfeited. We may pause or close the Program with reasonable notice; what is already unlocked is paid regardless.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms (including the percentage, the timeframes and the payout minimum) by emailing you at least 15 days in advance. Changes do not affect commissions already generated. Continuing to use your link after the notice means you accept them.

11. Liability

The Affiliate acts on their own behalf, is not an employee, agent or representative of AUTONOMA and cannot enter into obligations on its behalf. AUTONOMA does not promise any volume of clicks, signups or commissions: the tables and examples on the website are math with the published prices, not forecasts. AUTONOMA's liability towards the Affiliate is limited to commissions accrued and unpaid.
